At approximately 1:10 PM Mtn standard time the FJ-45 I featured previously hit the block at Mecum’s Chicago auction.
Clearly a very nice example however the audience wasn’t interested. The bidding closed at a $35,000 bid. The owner didn’t let it go and I understand where s/he is coming from. If I were looking for a retail number I would expect a sale from $45-50k. GLWS.
